This screening tool is intended solely to help identify the symptoms of COVID-related distress. The screening is intended to educate and is not designed to provide a clinical diagnosis of an anxiety or stress and trauma-related disorder. A diagnosis of one of these disorders, or any other psychiatric disorder, can only be made by a qualified, registered, and licensed mental health professional after a complete and comprehensive evaluation
You shall be fully responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the Site. The University of Regina and its faculties, colleges, schools, departments, faculty members, agents, officers or employees (collectively the “University") does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness or reliability of any of the information, content or advertisements (collectively the “Information") displayed, contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from the Site, nor the quality of any products, information or other materials displayed, purchased, obtained or used by you as a result of the Information in connection with the Site.
